2004 was my first bodybuilding contest."Show Me Naturals" 

I knew nothing about contest prep, how to properly train, or how to peak perfectly for a contest. I simply just hopped on stage... CLUELESS.
Time has taught me a lot of things. I have come a long way and a have a ways to go. I don't just write weight loss meal plans I am a IFPA PRO ALL NATURAL Body Builder as well.
I know what it takes to transform a body on both male and female.
